About Bocadar
Micro motor armature equipment manufacturer in Dongguan, China.
Dongguan Bocadar Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. designs and builds production equipment for micro motor armatures: shaft, end plate and commutator pressing, core pressing, slot insulation, winding, commutator welding, precision turning and testing machines, complete rotor lines and the tooling that goes with them.
The company was registered in Dongguan in July 2016, but the engineering behind it is older. Its senior engineers began building micro motor equipment in the late 1980s and early 1990s at factories affiliated with the Guangdong Machinery Research Institute, and commutator precision turning is the process the team names as its specialty.
Everything is made to order. There is no catalogue machine: the armature drawing and the target takt decide the tooling, the station count and the line layout.
