Testing & Inspection
Armature testing checks resistance between bars, inter-turn insulation (surge), hi-pot to ground and, where required, bar-to-bar weld resistance. Vision inspection adds geometric checks such as hook position and paper presence without contact.
Bocadar supplies stand-alone and in-line testers that pass or fail each armature and log the results by serial or batch.
