Armature Winding
Flyer winding lays wire into the armature slots and hooks it onto the commutator tangs in one indexed sequence. Wire tension control, hook accuracy and indexing speed decide both the winding quality and the throughput of the whole line.
Bocadar offers double flyer machines for balanced winding and four-station configurations where loading and unloading overlap with winding to raise output per operator.
