Presses the shaft into the laminated core to a set axial position, with force and position monitored on every part. The first station of the rotor line.

How it works

1Core and shaft are loaded into the locating fixture.
2The servo press drives the shaft to the programmed axial position.
3The force–displacement curve is compared against the stored window.
4Parts inside the window pass to the next station; the rest are diverted.
